I went out in search of the Shrikes again, still no luck. I did see a Great Egret fishing, 2 Great Blue Herons at the lake and 1 Great Blue Heron in a field. I saw many Oregon Juncos, several Northern Flickers, an American Kestrel, a White Crowned Sparrow, 2 Townsend's Solataire, and one Varied Thrush. I took a few photos that had the sunset in them with some birds. The Egret photos were fun to take because it had a fish in its beak a few times. A little more light would have produced better photos but it was great to get out.
